SMS Facility

APS Academy provides an SMS Alert Facility to ensure timely communication with parents and to enhance student safety.

If a student is absent from school without prior intimation, an SMS is sent to the registered mobile number of the parent/guardian. This enables parents to verify whether the absence is genuine and helps the school ensure the child's safety and well-being.

The SMS facility is also used, whenever required, to communicate important school announcements, emergency notifications, examination updates, and other essential information to parents.

This system strengthens the partnership between the school and parents by promoting prompt communication, transparency, and student safety.

Class WhatsApp Group

To ensure quick and effective communication between the school and parents, each class has an official WhatsApp group managed by the class teacher.

The group is used to share important notices, circulars, homework, activity updates, examination schedules, event information, and other essential school-related communications. This helps parents stay informed about their child's academic and co-curricular activities and ensures the timely dissemination of important information.

Parents are requested to use the group only for official school communication and maintain appropriate decorum at all times.
