Joining APS Academy is simple and hassle-free. Follow these easy steps:

Visit the school campus or contact the Admission Office to collect information about the admission process. - Step 2: Registration
Fill out the Admission Registration Form and submit it along with the required documents. - Step 3: Interaction / Assessment
Students may be invited for an age-appropriate interaction or assessment, depending on the class for which admission is sought. - Step 4: Document Verification
Submit the required documents for verification.

Admission will be confirmed after successful verification of documents, completion of the admission formalities, and payment of the prescribed fees. - Step 6: Welcome to APS Academy
Once the admission is confirmed, parents will receive all necessary information regarding the academic session, school timings, books, uniform, and orientation.
Note: The school may request additional documents, if required, as per admission norms. Original documents must be produced for verification at the time of admission.
Procedure for Withdrawal
Parents/guardians seeking to withdraw their ward from the school are requested to follow the procedure below:
- A written application addressed to the Principal must be submitted by the parent/guardian.
- For withdrawal during the academic session, a minimum of one month's prior written notice is mandatory.
- For withdrawal at the end of the academic session, the application must be submitted at least 15 days in advance.
- All outstanding school dues, including tuition fees, transport fees (if applicable), library dues, and any other charges, must be cleared before the withdrawal process is completed.
- All school property, including library books, the identity card, and any other school-issued materials, must be returned.
- The Transfer Certificate (T.C.) and other relevant documents will be issued only after completion of all formalities and payment of the prescribed T.C. fee of ₹500.
- Admission fee, annual charges, and other fees paid to the school are non-refundable.
- The school reserves the right to ask a student to leave the school with immediate effect on grounds of serious indiscipline, misconduct, or behaviour detrimental to the discipline, safety, or reputation of the school. In such cases, the decision of the school management shall be final.
- The school requests parents to complete all withdrawal formalities well in advance to ensure the timely processing of documents.
Transportation
- Bus service is voluntary and not mandatory. The management reserves the right to withdraw the bus facility to any student without assigning any reason whatsoever, by giving notice co-terminus with the expiry of the month for which bus charges have been paid or 3 months, which is earlier.
- Management tries its best to comply with the rules and regulations of the authorities concerned. However, it will not be responsible for any disruption in the bus service due to any order/ instructions of the Transport Department or any other authority.
- Management follows all the road safety regulations but will not be responsible for any mishap or accident on the way.
- In case your ward is found to have been escorted to/ from the bus stop by a servant or maidservant who is a minor (under age), the bus facility to him/her will be withdrawn immediately for a period which may extend up to 3 months at the sole discretion of management. No refund to unexpired bus charges, if any, will be made.
- Management provides the best possible amenities and facilities to its students and staff but may be compelled by circumstances to withdraw/ discontinue any of the facilities e.g. A.C., Swimming Pool, Mineral Water, etc. at any time very short notice.
- Any student found indulging in acts of indiscipline, whether inside or outside the school premises, may be expelled/stuck off the rolls of the school without notice. The decision of the management shall be final and no appeal will be entertained.
- Rules and regulations printed in the Almanac/ Website/ Prospectus can be altered at any time, at the sole discretion of the management.
- In case of any dispute or proceedings, only courts having jurisdiction over Lucknow will entertain and determine the same.
Bicycle
Bicycle Stand Facility
To encourage safe, healthy, and environment-friendly commuting, APS Academy provides a secure bicycle stand facility for students.
The school strictly follows Government of India traffic rules and road safety regulations. As students below the eligible age are not legally permitted to drive geared or non-geared motorcycles, scooters, or other motor vehicles without a valid driving licence, they are not allowed to bring such vehicles to the school campus. If any child is seen driving a vehicle, they will have to face consequences.
Students who wish to commute independently are encouraged to use bicycles, which promote physical fitness, self-reliance, and environmentally responsible practices.
Bicycle Stand Charges
- Cycle Stand Fee: ₹100 per month
The bicycle stand is maintained to ensure the safe parking of students' bicycles during súchool hours. While every reasonable care is taken, students are advised to park their bicycles properly and use appropriate locking arrangements. The school shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage due to unforeseen circumstances.
Pick-up Authorisation (Foundational Stage)
To ensure the safety and security of young learners, APS Academy follows a Pick-up Authorisation Policy for students in the Foundational Stage.
A Pick-up Authorisation Form is provided in the student's School Diary (Almanac). Parents/guardians are required to affix the photograph and provide the details of the person(s) authorised to pick up the child from school.
The child will be handed over only to the parent/guardian or the authorised person whose details are recorded in the School Diary. In case of any change in the authorised person, parents must inform the school in writing in advance.
This policy is implemented to ensure the safety and well-being of every child.
Hygiene & Food Policy
The Hygiene & Food Policy aims to promote healthy eating habits, good hygiene practices, and the overall well-being of students.
Parents are requested to send fresh, healthy, and home-cooked food in their child's tiffin. Junk food, carbonated drinks, and processed food items should be avoided.
Students are encouraged to wash or sanitise their hands before eating, maintain cleanliness while having their meals, and keep their lunch boxes and water bottles clean. Sharing food should be avoided unless specifically permitted by the school.
The school believes that healthy food choices and good hygiene habits contribute significantly to the physical growth, learning, and overall development of every child.
