Examination & Promotion
- Students of the nursery to class IV will be assessed periodically and also give terminal test. They will be promoted on the basis of the attendance and performance through the year.
- Students of the class V to IX promotion will be on the basis of three periodic written, final exam and assessment of note book submission, subject enrichment activities and co scholastic areas.
- They are expected to pass in all subjects. They must obtain 40% in each subject in all terminal examination.
- Students of the class X will have assessment structure given by CBSE. I.E 20 marks ( Internal assessment) and 80 marks (Board Examination).Student has to secure 33% marks out of each assessment.
- Students of the class XI promotion will be on the basis of monthly test, half yearly and annual examination.
- Students of the class XII will have assessment structure given by CBSE. Student has to secure 33% marks out of each assessment
- Students must have 75% attendance compulsory for permitting to sit in the examination for promotion.
Promotion once refuses will not be re-considered, in no case student shall be “Promoted on Trail”. - A student who has been benefiting from scholarship, fee concession etc. Shall loose such benefits if he/she fails to secure promotion in any class. He/ She may qualify for the same after successfully completing the next year of study as a fully paying student
