Rules & Regulations

  • The school aims at high standard is discipline. Students are urged to contribute to the high tone of school of their , manners & general behaviors.
  • Slackness disobedience & disregard of rules are not to be rated & any work of action likely to lower down the image of the school is regarded as breach of the school discipline.
  • The school reserves the right to expel any student whose conduct is harmful to the other students of the school. Immorality insubordination’s or contempt of authority and breaking of school rules by a student are always sufficient reasons for being expelled suspended or rusticated from the school.
  • You must take care of your school property no student scratch or spoil any school furniture or write or draw lines on the walls or any other manners damage things belonging to other. Damage done ever by accident either by you or by anyone else school be reported at once to the CLASS TEACHER or to the PRINCIPAL. Any damage done will have to be made good either individually or collectively.
  • You should be habitually clean & neatly dressed. The school days & on all occasions of functions organized by the school.
  • Pupils who are not properly dressed & whose general appearance does not confirm to such regulations or the school prescribes may be sent back home by the principal.
  • It is strictly for bidden to throw anything out of place and at anyone.
  • No shouting or whistling is allowed in the school premises.
  • It is necessary that pupil must obey the monitor appointed by the class teacher absence from the class.
  • You have to be punctual regular in the school & join the morning assembly or the bell starts ringing, in a disciplined manner. By the time the bell stops, ensure that you are in position at the allotted place.
  • Observe order & decorum befitting the occasion.
  • You must not bring any sharp instrument to the school.
  • You must not lend or borrow money or other articles from your fellow student.
  • The school will not be responsible for loss of books, money & other valuables brought by you to the school. However every effort will be made to recover the things lost, if reported to the class teacher or the principal immediately.
  • You are expected to be polite, courteous respectful & well disciplined inside and outside the school. Buying eatables from street vendors is strictly forbidden outside the school premises.
  • Any communication sent from the school should be conveyed to the parents promptly.
  • The general behavior of students should be good not only in the school but also outside. Any reported objectionable conduct outside the school will make the students liable for disciplinary action.
  • Before leaving the class room at the end of the day student should arrange the desk and chairs in proper order, switch off the lights & fans, close the window throw the waste paper & then leave the class room.
  • Student are not followed to receive private tuition's from the teacher of the school.
  • No child who is suffering from any infections disease will be allowed to attend the school until he/she is free from the infection.
  • The name, class & section of the pupil should be clearly marked on all his/her belongings.
  • No article will be passed or to the student either in the school hrs.
  • Students are not allowed to drive any vehicle to come to school.
  • Students are not allowed to bring mobile phones/i-pods/cameras etc. into the school campus. These gadgets if found in possession of the students within the school campus, will be confiscated.
  • Girls should not apply nail polish or mehendi during school session. Nails to be primed at least once in a week.
    Students who came to the school under the care of parents/guardians or servants or by rickshaw pullers, should not leave the school until he/she arrives to take them back. In case they are late, it should be brought in the notice of the school office.
  • Those students who go alone must not roam around here and there but should go straight to the home.
  • Do not send expensive gifts and sweets on birthdays or any other festivals.
  • Appointment with dentists/doctor or others should as far as possible, be avoided during school hours. Such request for early leave will not normally be entertained.
  • Students are not given half day leave without prior information.
  • Parents are requested to inculcate among their children to inculcate behavior and moral values so that they should not only be recognized by the uniform they wear but also by their behavior and conduct as the students of APS ACADEMY.
  • Parents should encourage their wards to take part in extracurricular activities and their house. Competitions in the school. It is our experience that a child who often participates in extracurricular activities & found generally well in studies also.
  • It is binding on all parents to come to school on PTM days to meet concerned teachers to know about the progress of their wards.
  • A student must extend due courtesy and respect to all members of staff. Respect for elders & affection for juniors should be soundly is inculcated. Refinement is behavior should distinguish every pupil of the school. Every child is expected to uphold the name & honor of the school.

Relevant information

  • Play- way method of learning in the primary & secondary with emphasis on activities related to text.
  • School counselor attends to the problems of the student on an individual /group basis from classes IX TO XII.and Career counseling is done for the student of class XI to XII.
  • Seminars & workshops by experts are regularly attended by teachers as well as students.
  • Special individual attentions is given to the board batch with extra classes throughout the year. Two pre-board examination and continuous inter- action with the Parents.
  • Computer aided learning program is being effectively carried out.
  • Notice of withdrawals must be given fifteen days in advance  Transfer certificate form charges Rs 500/-, TC form is available in the school office.
  • Pupil will not be allowed to Take the Term I/Term II examination, if fees are not final paid in full.
  • On no account can a transfer certificate be issued to a student whose fees have not been fully paid.
  • If progress card is lost the matter must be reported to the principal. Fresh Progress card will be issued on payment of Rs100/- only. The Parents must forward written application.
  • School diary if lost will be available on payment of Rs. 150/- to the school office.

Discipline Policy

  • Punctuality is existential at all time. Students, parents are requested to help the school authorities in enforcing regularity & discipline.
  • Please see your ward revise/ prepare their lesson, is regular to school. Parents should take an active part & help in the activities of the school.
  • Parents/ guardians are requested to look into the school diary of their ward daily. Remarks made in the diary should be seen & countersigned.
  • Withdrawal of your ward from class for more social functions is not recommended because it retards the student’s progress in school & distracts his/her from regular studies.
  • Irregular Attendance habitual idleness, Disobedience or conduct injurious to the moral tone of the school is sufficient reasons for the dismissed of a pupil.
  • No pupil should be sent to school if suffering from infectious disease.
  • Any student desiring to be exempted from games or other co-curricular activities must produce a doctor’s certificate to the effect that he/she is physically unfit to take part.
  • Parents must encourage their ward to take a balanced interest in studies co-curricular activities & sports.
  • If a student is absent always send a leave application address to the principal. If it is not done & the Absentees for consecutive 03 days then name will be struck off from the roll & it will only be restored on payment of Rs. 500/- as re-admission charge.
  • Parent-Teacher meetings will be held regularly on the second Saturday of month & parents will be informed about these meeting from time to time.
